EzVideos ("we," "our," or "us") is a service that helps creators generate short-form videos for social media using predefined templates. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Account Creation and Security

Users can create an account with a username and password or via OAuth2 through Discord and Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

3. User Content

Users can upload their own assets and other inputs to generate videos. You retain ownership of your content but grant EzVideos a license to use, modify, and display it as necessary to provide the service.

4. Service Usage

You agree to use EzVideos only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, uploading harmful content, violating intellectual property rights, and engaging in fraudulent activities.

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be made within 14 days of the payment.
  • For subscriptions, only the initial payment is eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds are granted only for technical issues.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

EzVideos is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.
